Very tasty ice cream and "original" flavors. Perhaps a little more expensive per ball than the competition. In return, they offer environmental awareness, friendliness and competence, as well as regional ingredients. For Biberach's standards, finally something else fresh.

Good ice cream, but unfortunately very bad service when ordering cakes. So far I have always been enthusiastic about the ice cream flavors from the “Favorite Ice Cream Manufactory”. That's why I decided to order an ice cream cake for my birthday party. As agreed, I came to the ice cream parlor to pick up the cake. Then the shock: it was closed! It was agreed with the boss (on the same morning) that the cake could be picked up by 3:00 p.m. - we were there at 2:35 p.m. and stood in front of closed doors. It took over 15 minutes until we could finally reach someone by phone - the employee simply went home earlier! Eternal back and forth and finally ON MY BIRTHDAY we stood in front of closed doors for over 45 minutes in the rain and cold, until we were finally told that we shouldn't wait any longer and the cake would be delivered to us. After more than 1.5 hours (!) After the start of my celebration, the cake was finally delivered. There was no real excuse, and no ice cream vouchers were given to us on request. Only 5 € discount on the already overpriced cake "because it has already been delivered". A sheer disappointment on the most important day of the year - greater compensation should have been expected. I will certainly not order a cake again, as you cannot rely on it at all and all guests had to wait. This is a mess and an absolutely bad service. Anyone who has such employees can leave it alone. Pity!

For me the best ice cream maker. Quality and service at a very high level, with justified prices. It is always a pleasure to be surprised with new types of ice cream.

Italian ice cream is delicious. But here, one has really made an effort. The taste buds were stimulated in a new way. I highly recommend. Ice art once in a different way. If you want to lick and dine outside of Italy, this is the place for you.

By far the best ice cream in Biberach and the surrounding area. High quality and the creations are very creative. At each visit there are several new varieties that you want to try. That's what I call craftsmanship.

Great ice cream. In the summer I am here regularly to test the new creations. Particularly noteworthy is the always friendly service. Try one or two sorts of a small spoon? No problem! I imagine it like this!
